1. Agreement
By using Sireniq's services you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services
Sireniq provides OnlyFans management services including but not limited to profile optimization, subscriber growth, messaging management, and content strategy. We do not own or control your content at any point.

3. Creator Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create and publish. You confirm that all content complies with OnlyFans terms of service and that you are of legal age to create and distribute such content.

4. Commission & Payments
Sireniq operates on a commission-based model. Exact rates are agreed upon before services begin. All payment terms are outlined in your individual contract.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information strictly confidential. A mutual NDA is signed before any work begins.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination all access to your accounts will be returned immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability
Sireniq is not responsible for changes made by OnlyFans to their platform, algorithm, or policies that may affect your earnings or growth.
